Overview

ZDY series (single-stage) hardened cylindrical gear reducers are widely used in mining, metallurgy, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals and other industries.
Scope of application
1. The input speed of the reducer high-speed shaft is not more than 1500r/min.
2. The circumferential speed of the reducer gear transmission is not more than 20m/s.
3. The working temperature of the reducer is -40℃～+50℃. When it is lower than 0℃, the oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting.
4. The reducer can run in both forward and reverse directions.
