ZD (ZDH) gearbox used the highly strength alloy steel gear that should be cementite,quenching and heat treatment. All the gears of reducer need spur technics.So the ZD gearbox has high precision and definition.ZD series are mainly used in mechanical transmission, metallurgy, mine, chemical, cement, building agents of various mechanical equipments, high speed shaft speed not exceeding 1500r/min, gear circumferential speed of not more than 18m/s, the working environment of – 40 °C~ + 40 °C, reversible operation.
