The cylindrical gear reducer is used for rotating devices with the input shaft and the output shaft arranged in a vertical direction. It is mainly used for various transportation machinery such as belt conveyors, and can also be used for various general machinery such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, building materials, light industry, and petroleum.

Scope of application

  • The maximum speed of the reducer input shaft is not more than 1500r/min;
  • The peripheral speed of the gear is not more than 20m/s;
  • The working environment temperature is -40～＋45℃. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated before starting (electric heating pipe is also provided).

Reducer Type

The DBY type is a two-stage rotation hardened gear reducer, and the DCY type is a three-stage transmission hardened gear reducer. The first stage transmission is a Gleason spiral bevel gear, and the second and third stages are involute cylindrical helical gears.
The reducer can be divided into four assembly types according to the output shaft form: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅳ, and can be divided into clockwise (S) and counterclockwise (N) according to the output shaft rotation direction. (Facing the output shaft)

Reduction ratio = servo motor speed/reducer output shaft speed
