The BWY33-43-11 cycloid pinwheel reducer is a new type of transmission machinery that adopts the principle of planetary transmission with small gear difference and cycloid pinwheel meshing in accordance with JB/T2982. It is widely used in driving and reducing devices in the fields of textile printing and dyeing, light food, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, lifting and transportation, and engineering machinery.

The main features of the cycloid planetary gear reducer:

1. High speed ratio and efficiency

The speed reduction ratio of the single-stage transmission can reach 1:87, and the efficiency exceeds 90%. If multi-speed drive is used, the reduction ratio is even greater.

2. Compact

Adopting the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and the output shaft are located at the center of the same axis, and the structure is compact.

3. Smooth and stable operation, low noise

The cycloid pinwheel has many meshing teeth, a large overlap coefficient, stable machine parts, and vibration and noise are limited to the minimum content.
