The cycloid pinwheel reducer is a new type of transmission machinery designed specifically for small and medium-sized mechanical equipment, which adopts the principle of planetary transmission with small gear difference and cycloid pinwheel meshing. It is widely used in driving and reducing devices in the fields of textile printing and dyeing, light food, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, lifting and transportation, and engineering machinery. The BLD1-87-1.5KW cycloid pinwheel reducer has a compact internal structure and consists of a main shaft, a cycloid wheel, a pinwheel, a bearing, and a housing. The main shaft bears the rotational force input by the motor, and the cycloid pinwheel and the pinwheel are the core of the reduction. The structure is simple and durable, and it is very convenient for users to disassemble and maintain.

The main features of the cycloid planetary gear reducer:
1. High speed ratio and efficiency
The speed reduction ratio of the single-stage transmission can reach 1:87, and the efficiency exceeds 90%. If multi-speed drive is used, the reduction ratio is even greater.
2. Compact
Adopting the planetary transmission principle, the input shaft and the output shaft are located at the center of the same axis, and the structure is compact.
3. Smooth and stable operation, low noise
The cycloid pinwheel has many meshing teeth, a large overlap coefficient, stable machine parts, and vibration and noise are limited to the minimum content.
