What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship via DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT and ocean ship which is depended on the cargo specifications.

Where Do You Ship from?

Our products are mainly made in China, and the ports available include but are not limited to Qingdao, Shanghai, Yiwu, and Guangzhou. It mainly depends on the warehouse location of the goods.

How Do I Track My Order?

When we shipped your order, we should have emailed you a tracking number if one was available. If you can’t find it for some reason, just let us know via email and we’ll follow up for you.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

This is not required. If you spend more than $10,000 per month on industrial drives, you may consider opening an account with us.So that we can provide you with discounts.

What is the Warranty on Your Products?

CAMEL guarantees that any product purchased for commercial use or resale will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any product determined by CAMEL to have a defect in material or workmanship, and returned to CAMEL (with prepaid shipping), may be repaired or replaced at CAMEL’s discretion, or the purchase price may be refunded.

How Long Does it Take To Process and Delier an Order?

We do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Most of CAMEL’s in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day. Small packages will usually receive the item within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time depends on product stock availability and shipping method. However, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the specific product selected, please refer to the shipping time displayed on the product page and at checkout. How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
